org.apache.maven.plugin.PluginResolutionException: Plugin org.kohsuke:access-modifier-checker:1.34 or one of its dependencies could not be resolved:
 	Failed to read artifact descriptor for org.kohsuke:access-modifier-annotation:jar:1.34

Note that https://github.com/jenkinsci/lib-access-modifier/releases/tag/access-modifier-1.35 was recently released, but that is probably a coincidence given that 1.34 is old.

Actually it seems I have access to the GH repo, but not to artifactory, and this repository doesn't have CD setup.
