@olamy cd is activated on this plugin. I cannot trigger a release manually.

It needs a merge with a tag indicating there is something "interesting" (not my choice of term) to release.

ah right. I added one label and trigger the action (yup It looks I have karma) but it looks developer label is not considered as interesting. I will try something else....
