Two small patches to support other features

These patches are to allow the operator to get the clusterversion which we need to check if the kata SourceImage can work with the OCP version the cluster is using.

The SourceImage is the kata-operator-payload image that contains the
RPMs (or other content in case of plain Kubernetes) that is installed on
the worker nodes.

This lets the user specify the image in the KataConfig custom resource
and it can be accessed from the operator code.

To find out which version of OpenShift is installed we need to give
the service account the access rights to GET the clusterversion object.
