Switching from
pre-committoprek(Hooray to more Rust tooling!) actually is faster: not much of a reliable baseline but the “Build the package” job in CI for Python 3.10 on Ubuntu went from 36s (run) to 21s (run), or for Python 3.14 on macOS from 33s (run) to 15s (run)…pyproject.tomlconfig support, see also issue Supprtpyproject.tomlbased config j178/prek#785
