- Restructures the project documentation to be more welcoming to the open-source community.
- Creates a new top-level README.md that introduces the arazzo-engine and its purpose.
- Moves the detailed Arazzo Runner documentation into a new runner/README.md.
- Aligns the documentation with the OpenAPI Initiative and the Arazzo specification.
- Adds an MIT license to the project.
- Adds a Discord community badge to the top-level README.md.
