- 在NotificationEntity中添加i18nTopicName方法实现国际化主题名称
- 在NotifySubscriberChannelEntity中添加i18nName相关方法支持国际化
- 在NotifySubscriberEntity中添加i18nSubscribeName和i18nTopicName方法
- 在NotifySubscriberProviderEntity中添加i18nName方法
- 在NotifyTemplateEntity中实现MultipleI18nSupportEntity接口并添加国际化字段
- 为AlarmDeviceProvider、AlarmProductProvider和AlarmSceneProvider添加默认启用状态
