This branch changes the output of qdetector so that it emits octave data
files for each frame. There is now a small Octave UI program which can
interpret these data files and draw interactive plots with them.

Let me know if you find this useful! I'm trying to make more sense of qdetector and I thought a tool like this might help.

I had a chance to start using this over the weekend on some of the various "trouble" transmits I've been trying to receive, and I've been finding it useful enough that I'm going to try to make these for some of the modems too. I've had issues visualizing what's going on before but this seems to help me a lot
