Two Uncompromising Meta-Rules | 两条不可妥协的元规则

1. Only Boundaries Enable Symbiosis | 只有边界,才能共生

English: Without clear sovereignty boundaries, collaboration inevitably slides toward subjectivity dissolution and system chaos.

Boundaries consist of three dimensions | 边界由三重维度构成:

  • Authorization Boundary | 授权边界 — Conditions under which AI may participate
  • Veto Boundary | 否决边界 — Humanity's absolute right to interrupt
  • Responsibility Anchor | 责任锚点 — The subject to whom consequences belong

2. Only Authorization Establishes Rights | 只有授权,才能确权

English: All value creation and responsibility attribution must uniquely trace to explicit authorization by human subjects.

💡 关键修订说明 (V1.0 → V1.2):

  1. 协议数量跃迁:从 23 个协议升级为 23 个,新增了涉及跨主权协作(JAC/ISCP)与穿透审计(P-CC-Plus)的核心防御层。
  2. 去拟人化修正:原 P-18 “主权自毁(Sovereignty Self-Destruction)” 正式更名为 “授权链条断裂保护(Authorization Chain Break)”,强调纯粹的法理与责任逻辑。
  3. 主权监控三角体系:通过 P-19 (INAC-Fuse)P-16 (累积阈值)P-15 (认知状态) 的联动,防范因认知疲劳导致的主权静默蒸发。
  4. 确立价值闭环:正式引入 P-20 主权收益确认协议,基于“责任即所有权”原则,确保承担法律责任的人类主体获得全部主权溢价。
  5. 穿透算法黑盒:通过 P-23 (P-CC-Plus) 四层审计机制,确保组织级的冲突定义规则对所有主权参与者透明且可审计。
