This PR fixes a bug where the mute state was not being updated on remote tracks when SSRCs are remapped. The original condition only called _sourceMutedChanged when muted was truthy, which meant unmuted tracks (where muted is false) would not be updated correctly.
Changes:
- Fixed conditional check from
muted &&totypeof muted !== 'undefined' &&to properly handle bothtrueandfalsemute states
