Practically only for course managers, not for teachers when blind marking is ON
for current course manager with participant number
when the manager is not enrolled to the course but in the OTHER USERS
useful for course managers, don't need to go through every single courses to find the new submissions

Course managers need to know the latest/draft/ungraded submissions to remind the student/teacher.
Blind marking makes their job really hard, so they also need a de-anonymiser.
If a course manager is not enrolled to a course, it is not easy to find their hidden courses.
So these reports are helpful for course managers, administrators.
