Please add this feature " force a player into a town with commands"

I have an Rp server and i have admin owned guilds I set up another plugin which is command signs and i wanna know if there is a way to force players to join a town with command sign aka console instead of inviting them. I need players to be able to join towns like this or else i might have to revamp or shutdown my server because i'm running out of options.

There is a way to force a play into a town when they first join the server- the "defaultTown" option in config.yml. Documentation here.

Or do you specifically need to be able to force-add players to towns as console?

I want to add players to towns. I do not want to use default towns. I just want to add a player to a town with commands. I do not want to invite them to a town. I don't want them to have to be invited and to then accept a request. I want to type /mct add player town-name, and they are instantly added to the town.
