Welcome to the tpf-jam-tool wiki!

The 'TPF-JAM-TOOL' is another tool for jamming/music-making using telematic means. The core tool is the digital audio workstation (DAW) Reaper.fm, a user interface for recording, mixing, and plug-in hosting. The second essential tool is the 'tpf-client.app' developed at ICST, based on AoO (Ressi/IEM) and Pure Data (Pd). The 'LiveLab.app' is based on the browser (Google Chrome app) and takes over video and screen sharing work. With this 'bundle', a telematic connection in audio and video can be established very quickly and intuitively. The integration of 3rd party plugins, such as for ambisonics panning (ICST AmbiPlugins), as well as the plugins from the 'IEM Plugin Suite' for scene rotation and binaural decoding for headphones, enable 3D immersive monitoring and thus spatial mixing of the performance system. The 3D scene rotation in the binaural mix is controlled by the FacePoseHeadTracker.app software. (Optionally, other drivers can also be controlled).
