Payload v3 will feature a major API/feature overhaul. - Major changes: - Guice for IoC-oriented dependency injection - Google Guava, with heavy use of the Optional class rather than null - Heavy use of @Nonnull and @Nullable annotations via javax - Rewrite of the sync/handshake services to ensure they play well together etc.
