Data processing (Output) of the SWAT hydrological model
Before you run this script, you need to perform a few, steps:
- Step 1: Copy your SWAT Scenarios "Output" file to another folder (assume the name of this folder is Simulation_R)
- Step 2: Copy the SWAT system file ("SWAT_64rel.exe") to that folder ('Simulation_R'). (you can find the drive you install SWAT on)
- Step 3: Change the R directory to 'Simulation_R' and set it as a working directory.
- Step 4: Be careful with none of the sub-basins, I have 11 sub-basins, so I use 'data, 11'.
- Step 5: Run the script
