Ansible 2.4 Fix

Fix an issue with always option for tasks which must be migrated to check_mode before it's removed in 2.4.

Ansible 2.x Fixes

Fix some issues related to Ansible 2.0 and 2.1 releases, including bare variables and when list is not defined when adding the role.

Update Metadata and License

• Update the metadata for Ansible Galaxy to the latest version; and
• Change from GPLv3 to BSD license.

First release.

First formal release of the role, and should work for all Linux-based systems with (hopefully) tests for all parts of the code.
