Update Zig examples to 0.14

Problem

All of the Zig examples are still on Zig 0.13, but 0.14 is available.

Summary of changes

• Upgrade all of the programs to Zig 0.14 and the appropriate libraries
• Update CU usage numbers (which have mostly gone done!)
