When it's not provided just console.log the result.
Explain that it's now an optional argument.
Use when other when other arguments aren't provided.

I would like to make
destoptional, so I can pipe it without being forced to write a file.I also tweaked the testing to accept
process.env.GITHUB_TOKEN.
