BD3D2MK3D Linux Installer

One-command Wine setup for latest BD3D2MK3D.

Rather than using a separate app to manage wine (and add overhead), or search for dependencies, I wanted to have a solution, that will do it all for me. Completely automated EXCEPT AviSynthPlus Install (have to click through GUI)
