This PR completes the Chinese (Simplified) localization for Ice and fixes several build issues.
Changes
Localization: Added missing Chinese translations for "Launch at login", Menu Bar Sections ("Visible", "Hidden"), and Shape Picker options.
Infrastructure: Centralized localized strings in
LocalizationData.swift.
Fixes: Resolved build failures in Settings panes and fixed IceSection usage.
Verification
Verified that the app builds successfully in Release mode.
Confirmed all UI elements display correctly in Chinese.
