docs: refresh the README's verification status - #21

Apple Silicon detection is now confirmed on real hardware, and the Apple arch table follows Apple's published Metal Feature Set Tables rather than being inferred from the naming scheme, so the "not verified" caveats no longer describe it. Intel remains unconfirmed and is called out on its own. Also describes the AMD APU carveout by size rather than by board model. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

The README's verification caveats predate Apple Silicon support landing, so they no longer describe what the crate has actually been confirmed against.
Changes
Verification note. Apple detection is now confirmed on real hardware, so it moves out of the unverified list. Intel is the remaining unconfirmed GPU path and is now called out on its own rather than lumped in with Apple.
Arch target section. The claim that "neither has been verified against real hardware yet" applied to both Intel and Apple. That is now Intel-only, and the Apple mapping is attributed to its actual source — Apple's published Metal Feature Set Tables — rather than reading as inferred from the chip naming scheme.
AMD APU note. Describes the carveout by size rather than by board model, matching how the same behaviour is documented in the source.
Note
The community help request now asks for Intel confirmations only, since Apple coverage is no longer the gap it was.
Docs only — no code or behaviour change.
