US9 Add Adoption Pet Description

As a pet owner, I want to add a description to my pet in adoption so that I can have more chance to find a family to my pet

Acceptance Criteria

Pet's list must contain:

Pet's name
Birthdate
Breed (It should be catalog by type)
If it's dewormed
If it's sterilized
It it's vaccinated
Pet's image
Textarea with 1000 characters to add a description
