Restructure report

This PR restructures the report file

• comparison files are in their own folder
• split overview into
  • RunInformation (execution time, ...)
  • Clusters
  • Top comparisons
  • Distributions
  • Cli Options
• Make all properties in the report camel case aligning with the JPlag core

Added a central data getter to extract information in the correct order and check the version

ToDo:

• Make report properties camel case
• Update tests
  • Fix broken report viewer tests
  • Fix broken core tests
  • Add tests for Data getter
• add old version of report viewer to jar
  • Update min version
  • Add copy of viewer build to resources
  • Add reference to old version on OldVersionView
• Update Documentation
