Blurring the lines

have created a new function to import the output from project codenamed appaloosa. This will be useful when examining the efficiency and accuracy of appaloosa.

cubehelix added

Because the Coyote library has a slightly different version of cubehelix, I have added a stable version to fbeye directly.

fbeye has also been tested as functioning correctly on IDL v8.4
