Remove all quantum resilience mentions from documentation

Removes all references to quantum resilience and quantum-related security features from the repository documentation as these capabilities are not being addressed at this time.

Changes Made

The following quantum-related mentions have been removed across 4 documentation files:

README.md

• Changed "Quantum-ready security and next-generation features" to "Next-generation features" for v2.0.0 roadmap entry

docs/roadmap/ROADMAP.md

• Removed "Quantum-Ready Security: Post-quantum cryptography integration" from Innovation Focus section
• Removed "Quantum-Safe Cryptography: Future-proof security implementation" from Security Innovation Pipeline

docs/design/ARCHITECTURE.md

• Removed "Quantum Security: Post-quantum cryptography integration" from Research Areas section

docs/product-log/PRODUCT_LOG.md

• Removed "Quantum-ready security" from Q4 2024 release features
• Removed "Quantum Computing: Quantum-safe cryptography and security" from Innovation Areas and renumbered remaining items

Impact

This change cleans up the documentation to focus on features and capabilities that are actively being developed or planned. All changes maintain the existing document structure and readability while removing references to quantum-related security features that are not part of the current product roadmap.

The project continues to compile successfully and all tests pass after these documentation changes.
