This PR adds an euslisp interface for mycobot280 (https://shop.elephantrobotics.com/ja/collections/mycobot-280/products/mycobot-worlds-smallest-and-lightest-six-axis-collaborative-robot).
The original PR is #1421.
I fixed to be compatible with the urdf file, https://github.com/elephantrobotics/mycobot_ros/blob/noetic/mycobot_description/urdf/mycobot_280_m5/mycobot_280_m5.urdf (current noetic branch).
The mycobot_ros repository has been changed since #1421 without backward-comatibility.
I did not change mycobot-interface.l since the original PR so the backward comatibility for eus scripts using mycobot is OK.
