This PR introduces a unified validation structure for selected keywords (minimum, maxItems, default) as a proof of concept.
The unified files include compatibility metadata to preserve draft-specific behavior.
Existing draft folders are intentionally left unchanged. This PR seeks feedback on the unified structure before applying the pattern to remaining keywords.
