Add @hyperjump/Json-schema-coverage to the tooling page

This adds @hyperjump/json-schema-coverage to the tooling page.

I also moved the json-schema.hyperjump.io entry unchanged just to keep all the @hyperjump entries colocated to make maintenance easier in the future.
