in preparation for parameter type error mismatch checking, i noticed that the video stimuli had empty strings for a numeric width and height parameter. this would throw an error under the new type checking, and doesn't make sense, so all three plugins have these set to
nullfor the default, with docs updated to explain what anullvalue means.
