This patch improves the save/load implementation of JoY.

Fix a bug in load / save that JoY container stop accepting requests when error occured during save / load.
Improve loadModel to test if the file exists before actually start loading model.
Update Jubatus client version to 0.8.0 to keep consistent with JubaQL dependency (Implement SAVE / LOAD query jubaql-server#5)
