Welcome to my GitHub — this is where my code lives (at least the parts that make it off my laptop). I build things on occasion, believe it or not, and most of them involve software, systems, or poking at interesting problems until something useful (or at least fun) falls out.
I enjoy working across distributed systems, machine learning, security, and applied AI — especially when the result is something people can actually use. I like experimenting, learning in public, and shipping side projects. When I'm not coding, I'm usually thinking about product ideas, game programming, or how to make systems a little more elegant (or at least less broken).
I write regularly on my personal blog — subscribe to the newsletter for content on Microsoft Foundry, Azure, AI, distributed systems, Databricks, big data, and system architecture.
- Foundry Trace Inspector — VS Code extension for tracing Microsoft Foundry AI agent runs in an interactive UI: full agent trajectories, token usage, dollar cost, duration, and more, without leaving the editor.
- RuntimePad — A suite of dev tools and a playground for running and sharing code snippets.
- Herald — A platform for modern newsletter publishing and content distribution.
- Machine Learning: Detecting Twitter Bots — ML-based approaches to identifying automated behavior on X.
- Deep Learning: Food Image Recognition & Calorie Estimation — Computer vision + deep learning to recognize food and estimate calories.
- Keystroke Authentication — Behavioral biometrics using keystroke dynamics for authentication.
- Distributed Systems: Key-Value Store Server — A distributed key-value store (Redis-like), exploring consistency, replication, and fault tolerance.
- AI Game Programming — Experiments applying AI techniques to games.
- AES Secure Chat Messenger — A secure chat messenger using open web sockets and end-to-end encryption.
Feel free to explore, fork, or reach out if something here sparks your interest.
I contribute code to open-source projects I rely on, mostly in the distributed systems ecosystem:
- apache/spark — Merged fixes and improvements to Spark core (merged PRs)
- apache/flink — Merged contributions to Flink (merged PRs)
- apache/flink-cdc — Merged contributions to Flink CDC (merged PRs)
- elastic/elasticsearch-py — Merged contributions to the official Elasticsearch Python client (merged PRs)
I occasionally speak at conferences and meetups on distributed systems, AI infrastructure, and cloud-native architecture. Check out my talks and upcoming sessions on Sessionize.
I also teach — check out my courses on Udemy.
