Hi there 👋🏿

I'm Juma, a Software Engineer based in the Bay Area.

I build backend systems, APIs, and AI-powered applications, and I enjoy the process of turning ideas into real products.

I usually have problems in my personal life that need simplifying, which leads me to build tools for myself. For example, I built AuthKit, a self-hosted authentication platform I can reuse across my side projects — live at AuthKit Demo.

I also published DSAP CLI, a Python tool actively used on PyPI to schedule algorithm practice problems. I'm currently working on a budgeting app to replace the Excel sheets I use to track my finances, and an agentic habit tracker to automate how I log daily habits.
