A not-so-insignificant refactor of a lot of Joker code to update it to latest SMODs.
This update requires SMODs Beta 0827 or higher.
Also:
- Fixes to Bounty Hunter and The Mask
- Suit Symbol placement in text should be smarter
- Fingerprint and Conquest also got pretty significant backend-revamps compared to other jokers
