LDAP sync settings reused the shared periodic checkbox configuration, whose license check hides the control in Community Edition. Restore a plain checkbox so administrators can enable or disable LDAP periodic synchronization from the UI. Keep the organization selector and LDAP HA license checks unchanged.
This fixes the hidden control reported in jumpserver/jumpserver#17684. The reported automatic reset on save was not reproduced.
Validation:
yarn fix,yarn lint, and the production build passed on the latestdevbase using Node 24 and existing installed dependencies. Targeted in-memory assertions confirmed CE/EE visibility, preserved true/false submission values, and unchanged organization/LDAP HA license checks. No test files are included. Live LDAP end-to-end verification was not performed.
