fix: restore RDP downloads and distinguish remote application types - #1653

Restore RDP downloads for selected native RDP clients and Applet client mode in both connection dialogs and workspace setup. Reuse connection-token approval and authentication, and support browser downloads and Electron saves. Read the user's RemoteApp default, honor explicit Web/client selection and license/Razor availability, and route normal connections accordingly. Keep built-in/Web connections and virtual apps out of RDP downloads. Display Applet and VirtualApp as separate categories with distinct icons. Add translations and regression coverage for downloads and connection modes.

Add translations and regression coverage for downloads and connection modes. Use the Chen SQL frame sender type for the test mock so captured arguments are correctly typed.
