Adds support for new versions of fsspec. Iteration on #555.

Code changes

Bumps upper supported version of fsspec to the latest released version, excludes v2025.3.1 that was yanked from PyPI.

User-facing changes

None

Backwards-incompatible changes

None

Testing

Tested Jupyter Scheduler with all fsspec versions being included (2024.12.0, 2025.2.0, 2025.3.0, 2025.3.2)
