- Rename `ai_assistant_file_name` to `ai_rules_file_name` for clarity. - Update workflow to test various AI rules file names instead of symlink logic. - Modify README to reflect changes in AI rules file naming and usage. - Ensure conditional checks for AI rules file existence are correctly implemented.

Deprecate symlinks to AGENTS.md. There were issues creating them on Windows.
Instead have a single rules file with a name based on user's choice (AGENTS.md, GEMINI.md, CLAUDE.md).
This assumes, user only need to use one assistant at a time.
This change also makes it easier to add more of the supported filenames later.
