Picks up the deterministic-generation fixes landed via rescript-bindgen #62 (validated against blend 0.0.37-beta.6): key-field retention, discriminated-union arm preservation, JsxDOM.domProps spread fixes, function-vs-component classification, nullability, fixed-arity tuples, and shared-type module naming. See juspay/rescript-bindgen #63/#64/#65. Bindings are not regenerated here — this only updates the generator used by the next `npm run generate` / sync-bindings run.
