Description

We are adding the support for local card networks such as Pulse, Nyce, Accel and Star inside the enums Card Networks.
We are also introducing a new field "secondary_card_networks" inside Payment Method Data for domain models.

Additional Changes

  • This PR modifies the API contract
  • This PR modifies the database schema
  • This PR modifies application configuration/environment variables

Motivation and Context

Closes https://github.com/juspay/hyperswitch-cloud/issues/8843
