Fixes #9377
The docs of shift4 doesn't have support for sofort payment. Hence the sofort payment method has been removed from the supported list.

Strange how all this other commits also got merged in this commit.
I only changed and committed crates/hyperswitch_connectors/src/connectors/shift4.rs file
