Summary

  • add a processing helper package with an algorithm registry and background job manager to run spike sorting pipelines
  • expose new Flask endpoints for listing spike sorting algorithms, creating jobs, and feeding job results into existing data responses
  • extend the React dashboard with algorithm selection, job orchestration UI, and filtered data retrieval tied to completed jobs

Testing

  • npm test -- --watchAll=false (fails: react-scripts not found in the environment)
