Publication release

Release of Enricherator associated with initial R-loop publication.

NOTE: This release contains a bug affecting assignment of the strand name in the enricherator output files. The bug did not affect any of our results in our first publication (PMID: 37494439), because we listed the plus strand first in our info files. Runs on datasets for which the minus strand was listed first, however, switched the strand names in the final output files. This release should ONLY be used to exactly replicate our results with our data. Running Enricherator on your data should be done using the up-to-date code in the enricherator repository.
