This release only changes the setup.py/distutils process to use the entry_points structure correctly to create platform-specific executable scripts.

Functional Release #2 has no significant improvements. Only changes to better align with Python standards. Note that on Windows the scripts will now end in .py.

This is Functional Release #1. It is a complete implementation of the original functional goal of being able to send APRS messages into an APRS RF network via a IGate/Digipeater from remote hosts.
