Support panorama detection

Support panorama camera and panorama detection base on coral_usb

Currently, Insta360 is back and we need to use it again.
Our software lacks

• Insta360Air drivers ( 4 )
• Panorama Image detection ( 1 )
• Panorama camera frame description ( 2 and 3 )

I am creating a branch for them halfway through. But could you take over it?
This will be necessary for jsk-ros-pkg/jsk_demos#1387 and interaction based on new eye introduced in #98.

In jsk-ros-pkg/jsk_demos#1387 case with @heissereal , I launch what needs for her in Spot internal tmux and it works fine now. After her demo has been done, I think it is the time to do this work.
