Bump helm-controller/klipper helm for fix for --force-conflicts=true with --server-side=auto on charts deployed with --server-side=false:

• Add spec.serverSide to allow configuring server-side apply helm-controller#344
• Fix handling of SSA and force-conflicts klipper-helm#141
