software-versions.mdx still shows Protocol 27 as Testnet-only after mainnet launch

The Software Versions page (docs/networks/software-versions.mdx) still presents Protocol 27 under a (Testnet, ...) heading with TBD version rows, even though Protocol 27 has activated on Mainnet. It should have a Protocol 27 (Mainnet, ...) section with the real component versions.

Reporting so the page reflects that P27 is live on mainnet.

Evidence:

• docs/networks/software-versions.mdx:15 still headed ## Protocol 27 (Testnet, June 18, 2026), immediately followed by ## Protocol 26 (Mainnet, May 6, 2026) at line 50 — no Protocol 27 Mainnet section exists yet. Claim is accurate against current main.
• docs/networks/software-versions.mdx:25-27,30-32,34-35 confirm the P27 table still lists Smart Contract Rust SDK, Poseidon Rust SDK, Stellar CLI, Stellar Galexie, Stellar Quickstart, Stellar Horizon Client & TxnBuild, Stellar RPC Client as TBD.
• This is an exact duplicate of sd-008: The Software Versions page still presents Protocol 27 as Testnet-only after Mainnet activation #11 (sd-008: ...), a Raven-filed finding already labeled documentation/P1 reporting the same defect against the same file.
• Open PR Add Protocol 27 Mainnet section to software versions #22 ("Add Protocol 27 Mainnet section to software versions") already fixes this: it inserts a ## Protocol 27 (Mainnet, July 9, 2026) section with populated component versions (docs/networks/software-versions.mdx per gh api repos/kaankacar/stellar-docs/pulls/22/files), and its description says Fixes #11.

Conclusion: Labeling documentation + P1 (user-facing incorrect/misleading content per the priority rubric).

Closing as duplicate of #11 — same defect, same target file, already tracked there with an open fix (#22). Reopening is welcome if we got it wrong.
