This PR adds a new executable to the Pact
cabal build, namelyexe:gasemodel2which, when run, generates 5,000 random expression up to 6 levels deep, and then compares the gas cost with the execution time in order to find outliers from the nominal gas rate (gas/time) of 2,500 ns established by @LindaOrtega in 2019.The code is working for most general builtins and operators, so the PR can go in as is. I'll be continue to extend its support to stateful operations (databases, etc), keysets, valid module generation, etc.
