Bumps the OneCLI image in the Humr Helm chart from

v0.0.18of kagenti/onecli is a hotfix: PR #15 removes the invaliduser-personalizedSpotify scope that was accidentally shipped in 0.0.17. That scope is documented on Spotify's scopes page but is rejected withinvalid_scopeat/authorize, which broke every Spotify (re)connection on 0.0.17 with a generic "Missing code or state parameter" callback error.Prerequisite
