cloud-provider-kind v0.11.0 requires Go 1.26, but the e2e-gateway job pins Go 1.25 with GOTOOLCHAIN=local, so `@latest` fails to install. Pin to v0.10.0, the newest release that builds on Go 1.25. Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
