- Add syntax highlighting to logs modal (IPs, status codes, URLs, etc.)
- Remove "Clear Logs" button (filtering is sufficient)
- Fix refresh button UX: show "Refreshing..." and keep content visible
- Match admin controls styling with other detail sections
- Update README with admin/viewer mode and development environment docs
- Add missing environment variables (DASHBOARD_USER_TYPE, NODE_ENV)
- Fix ESLint errors and apply formatting
