So far, all payouts have been made using direct payment operations to the addresses provided in `ADDRESSES.yml`. However, our `README` notes that payments will be in the form of claimable balances. Is there a "right" or "wrong" way to implement that? Which is the preferred option for our use-case? If direct payments are the way to go, here's a quick change that could clarify it for hunters/reviewers. Signed-off-by: Elliot J. Voris <[email protected]>
Added small notes to the flow sections in the README. Does it make sense to have that here, or should there be a larger, more noticeable section higher up in the document? Also, does the language we use here need to be cleared with "legal"? Signed-off-by: Elliot Voris <[email protected]>

Changing some text in the README to reflect that payouts will be made through direct payments, rather than claimable balances.
